A Long-Awaited First Book!

It is finally time to announce that it is here!

Many of you know Kaye Dacus through ACFW or through her insightful blog. She has been writing for many years, has graduated the prestigious Seton Hill University’s Writing Popular Fiction master’s program, worked as an editor, and more, but she has not yet had a work of fiction published -- until NOW.

We are pleased to introduce you to Stand-In Groom, a delightful contemporary romance set in Kaye's home state of Louisiana.
When wedding planner Anne Hawthorne meets George Laurence, she thinks she’s found the man of her dreams. But when he turns out to be a client, her “dream” quickly turns into a nightmare. Will Anne risk her heart and career on this engaging Englishman? George came to Louisiana to plan his employer’s wedding and pose as the groom. But how can he feign affection for a supposed fiancĂ©e when he’s so achingly attracted to the wedding planner? And what will happen when Anne discovers his role has been Stand-In Groom only? Will she ever trust George again? Can God help these two believers find a happy ending?

The book will be on shelves in January. Want to secure a copy now? Make a comment post to be entered into a drawing to be held on January 5.

Note: Kaye says it is already sneaking onto shelves, so look for it near you!

Oooh, this looks good!! Like The Wedding Planner (movie) but better! (Better because it's a book, with an English character and two Christian characters!) Yay!

I sat at a table with Kaye at the ACFW conf. She sounded as professional as her blog and I kept thinking she was already pubbed.

I'd love to read this book.
