Congratulations, Susan! This is exciting news. I read an announcement about the mystery line on the ACFW email-loop last night and I hoped you'd be making it official this week.

We authors are beyond thrilled. It's hard to believe it's already been two years, but I'm excited to see what rolls off the presses. :) And wait til y'all see the covers.

I've been amazed at the great reaction I've gotten to this line. I think the cozy mystery crowd is bigger than I at least realized...you folks at Barbour obviously knew but it's an awakening to me.
When Susan says spread the word, DO IT! A lot of folks out there will receive the news eagerly.
And, I think, because cozies are kinda sweet to begin with, not so much blood and guts in ANY genre, Heartsong Mysteries has a real chance to cross over and bring in readers across the spectrum.
I signed up the other day, too. The covers are awesome! I can't wait to read the first batch.

I can't wait to get mine. I signed up first thing and you have great "launch" authors. I remember thinking that this would be a good idea (mysteries) when I read the mystery novella collection that Susie Warren, Diann Hunt, Susan Downs and ?? someone else (I'm old, so my memory is the first to go) did it. Great idea! Much success to this line.
