ICRS

Time flies and the calendar is already pointing back toward summer and time for the annual International Christian Retail Show. This year it will be in the middle of the country--St Louis, MO--June 27-30.

I wasn't planning to go, but plans are known to change. So now I will be there for Monday and part of Tuesday.

The show has changed a lot over the years. It is no longer the same energetic, festive atmosphere that I recall when I first attended well over 10 years ago. Events and the scale of things have reduced as the market has a whole adjusts to new times, but nonetheless, it should be an enlightening couple of days and a good tool to gauge what is going on throughout the CBA market.

Hi Becky,
I look forward to seeing you there! ACFW will have a booth this year to promote our authors. I'll be helping at the booth for part of the day on Monday. That should be a great way to connect with retailers and give them info about Christian fiction.
Blessings,
Carrie

I'm praying that both of you will have a safe and profitable time. Hopefully, the book market is beginning to recover and the news you hear will be good. Christian books are a great way to help us keep focused on God, especially during hard times.
