Montana Marriages

Mary Connealy knows how to weave the Wild West with romance and terrific humor.

The title alone of this new book promises loads of fun.

The Husband Tree
(book 2 in the Montana Marriages series)

Belle Tanner just buried her third worthless husband under a sprawling tree. Now she needs to move her cattle to market before winter sets in. But is the aimless cowpuncher Silas Harden worth hiring on? Silas just escaped the matrimonial noose—only to lose his ranch in the process. Although he’s glad for the job, he doubts five females can survive a treacherous cattle drive across the Rockies. With both Belle and Silas determined never to get tangled up with marriage again, love seems bound to lasso them in. Will they survive the drive and make it into the winter unhitched?

This is another winner from Mary, Chock full of her usual humor, Wild West action, and romance. One bonus is Belle Tanner. She is a true Western heroine, but to use a modern phrase, she is a heroine on steroids! Be sure to pick this one up and read another rollicking cowboy and cowgirl story (see, I said "cowgirl," Mary) from one of Christian fiction's great historical romantic comedy authors.
