Attention History, Mystery, and Romance Lovers!

Newly available in April is this very prettily covered book. Carol Cox takes another journey to the 1893 Chicago World's Fair in this new romance that includes a lost (or has he been abandoned?) child, a dead woman, the mob, and, of course, a sweet romance.

Emily Ralston is delighted when she lands a job at the Children’s Building at the Chicago World’s Fair. When she meets Stephen Bridger, a handsome Colombian Guard, sparks of attraction singe the air. Surely Emily’s is not the only heart kindled by love? When Stephen finds a lost boy, he delivers him to the Children’s Building to be cared for until his mother is located. But when a dead body believed to be little Adam’s mother is found, the intrigue deepens and danger grows. Can Emily and Stephen solve the deadly mystery before time runs out?

A Bride So Fair is Carol's third full-length fiction release.

If you'd like a free copy, be the first to comment with the names of Carol's other 2 heroines who visited the fair. (Then be sure to email me your mailing address.)

I love this A Fair to Remember series.
I just was blown away by the first book, the way Carol caught the wonder of...gasp...electric lights.
We're so used to all of the technology, but she let her character's amazement come through so beautifully.
I can't wait to get this book and see what she's done now.

And the cover is the best yet!
