Isn't Today Wednesday?

I've lost track of my days this week. I've been plenty busy, and somehow it completely slipped by me that yesterday was Wednesday blog day.

Tuesday it was fun to get samples of all our Christmas fiction in from the printer. Those will release in September, and I'll be sharing with you about them in the coming weeks.

I've already selected Christmas novellas for next year and started the contracting process. It's hard to believe we are already talking about Christmas 2008. Working in publishing and planning 12 to 18 months in advance really seems to make time fly all that much faster.

Well, I have no outstanding insights for you today. I haven't had a migraine in several months, but today I feel one building and I fear the only remedy is going to be a bed in a cool, dark room.

Logging out for today.

Becky, Sorry about the migraine. Not even Christmas in August can save you???
I used to have nasty migraines but they've eased off with age. That doesn't happen for everyone, but I hope it does for you.
God bless you.

Ack, too bad about the migraine. My dh gets them from time to time. The migraine medicine made him sicker, so I just hand him a cup of black coffee and 2 aspirin, and tell him to go lie down.

Well, looking on the bright side, it's really Thursday, which means tomorrow's Friday, and the weekend is that much closer. :)

I'm excited to see the new Christmas fiction too! :) :)

Take care of yourself, Becky, and try to get some rest. Anyone who's ever had a migraine will understand.

I look forward to the Christmas collections as well. I loved working with my Montana Mistletoe anthology mates Lena, Lisa, and Kim!

My dau. has had migraine since she was little. The kind that resemble that magazine ad, where a boulder drops from the sky and squashes the teacher. My mother's heart has grieved for her in her suffering many a time. Hope you're feeling better. Imitrex helps her if she takes it early enough.

I look forward to reading the Christmas fiction. Y'all come up with the greatest titles of all time!

I'm back, and after a 5-hour nap yesterday I was feeling pretty good.

I only get a migraine maybe 2-3 times per year. I was getting them more before I started making healthier food choices.

Kristy, if your daughter has had them since childhood, could it be a chemical allergy to something like red food dyes?
