They're so much more comfortable than my work clothes! And on snowy days, who wants to get dressed and go into work? Not me...but a librarian's got to do what a librarian's got to do.

Merry Christmas! And in the great words of Tiny Tim, "God bless us every one." Yesterday was a snowy day and bread in the bread machine beckoned. Fifteen minutes tops and I was back at my desk. Today I've been working but now I must stop and make cornbread for a Bible study chili supper and Christmas celebration. LOL

Have a Merry Christmas Becky, Susan, and Joanne!Pamela S. The cat is sprawled on the desk behind my laptop. Occasionally, she peeks around it and swipes at me while I type. The dog comes and goes, begging for hugs and playtime.

My hubbie is out in the family room watching TV. No temptation there...!!

Wow, I'm such a good little girl. See how hard I'm working? (Like, I'm checking blogs at the moment?!) I'm only still sitting here because I have a huge e-proof due on Friday. Once it's done, I'm outta here! For a day or two, anyway! (Don't worry, JoAnne, I know...there's that review, too!)

Merry Christmas, Becky! My evenings are filled with helping my dh with drywall and other construction-type chores as we frantically work to complete our basement remodel into an apartment for Kim before the other kids invade for the holidays. Carpet installers come on Monday. . .and THEN the tree can go up. LOL
I look forward each morning to walking into my office and closing the door on the chaos and mess that constitute the rest of my home right now. Even so, I anticipate Christmas and the celebration of Christ's birth, when I'll be surrounded by my precious family.
I expect a marvelous time will be had by all. . .with carpet or without. Hope you enjoy your holiday, too!Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05609336607747810024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5157905786947425443.post-14975619664894950192008-12-17T10:14:00.000-05:002008-12-17T10:14:00.000-05:00Have a very merry Christmas, Becky.Have a very merry Christmas, Becky.Mary Connealyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09598386111251769803noreply@blogger.com
