Today's feedback came from a reader named Nancy who sent Janet Spaeth a lovely card thanking her for writing her book, Kind-Hearted Woman.
Nancy said, "I just wanted to thank you so much for such a lovely book called Kind-Hearted Woman. Lolly and Colin and the brothers are such sweet people. I've been going through a lot of stress, etc., and your book brought a smile to my face and hope for the future."

Janet, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to delete your comment. I was trying to get rid of the spam comment and accidentally got yours too. :P
That's all right, JoAnne. I'm used to being edited!
I'm so glad you chose this letter. Knowing that my story helped someone is incredible. I'm honored--and humbled.
And to Nancy, if you're reading this, stress will be your master if you let it. Instead, choose another Master. I know. I do know. I'm keeping you in my prayers. Thank you for letting me part of your life.
Oh, I am so glad I found this blog. I too am a huge fan of Janet Spaeth books. I have all her books and yes, I totally agree that they are 'bring a smile to your face' books. I am in the balmy state of North Dakota, sarcasm, and so is Janet. I see the feel-good, down home inspiration in all of them and, always, can't wait until her next one comes out. Keep up the good work, Janet!!!
Janet Spaeth is my Mom. She is the best mom in the whole world, by far. She also is the best writer, teacher, librarian, best friend, the list goes on.
