Short Reads

We have a couple new contemporary novella collections now in stock that you are sure to enjoy.

Southern living is highlighted in Sugar and Grits by Kathleen Miller, DiAnn Mills, Martha Rogers, and Janice Thompson. The small Mississippi town of Calista has its share of strong, single women. From the bulldozer and backhoe business and restaurant owners to an avid fisherwoman and a hairdresser, these women have a handle on their lives and know what they want. That is, until romance steps in and lives start down brand new paths.

Four couples find tools for building romance in a home improvement store in the Carolina Carpenter Brides collection by Janet Benrey, Ron Benrey, Lena Nelson Dooley, and Yvonne Lehman. Although each has a different reason for making a trip to the Home & Hearth Superstore, four women enter the sliding glass doors with lists of needed items, but exit with full hearts. Can these romances survive the distractions of a big-box store?

Becky,

Thanks for the plug. I'm launching a promotional campaign for this book, too.

These sound great. I love having a novella collection around when I'm busy and doing my reading in short bursts. I'll look these up.
